The clue to the emergence of life on Earth is at the bottom of the Mariana Trench.

Perhaps the key to solving the mystery of the origin of life on Earth is located at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean - in the Marian Basin, which is the deepest place on the planet.

Such an assumption was put forward after processing the unique video frames and samples obtained during the deep-water mission of the Hollywood director James Cameron. Scientists have discovered bizarre forms of life located in a depth of 11 thousand meters. It turned out in that place, the bottom is literally lined with a "carpet" of unknown microorganisms. This "bedding" consists of threadlike "bushes" on the underwater rocks. There they, by all appearances, find themselves "chemical" food.

Scientists have put forward the assumption that it is here that it is necessary to look for the roots of metabolism, because something like this could cause chemical processes that led to the origin of life on Earth, and possibly in all.
