Great cucumber lemonade

The season of fresh cucumbers will begin very soon. In mid-July, they will definitely grow up on every garden bed, and in the city of Suzdal there will even be an annual holiday - the day of the cucumber! We offer you a recipe for a great refreshing drink from the chef of the LE BAZAR restaurant in Suzdal, Sergey Upadyshev.


Fresh cucumbers - 800 grams

Sugar syrup - 400 milliliters

Orange - 2 pieces

Mineral water with gas - 1 liter

Fresh mint - 4 stems

Ice to taste

Cooking method

Thinly cut the cucumbers, put in glasses, remember a little with a crush. Pour sugar syrup into each glass by a third, add ice and add cold mineral water.
