Today there is a fairly large number of all kinds of special drugs, thanks to which you can not get drunk for a long time. At the same time, they are all quite problematic in terms of their impact on health. Listed below are proven natural remedies and techniques that are easy to use and do not cause any negative effects on your body, while at the same time ensuring a decent drinking experience.
The whole set of techniques used to reduce the strength of the effects of alcohol on the body can be divided into two fundamentally different groups. Receptions of the first group can be conditionally called intensive. The techniques of the second group are extensive.
The fact is that the rate and degree of intoxication of a person is decisively influenced by the amount of alcohol dehydrogenase, an enzyme in the blood of a person that processes alcohol. An increase in the level of this enzyme occurs when alcohol enters the body, when the process of its processing and neutralization is started. Thus, the first group of methods for preparing the body for alcohol processing is based on the preventive start of this process. Depending on the initial level of alcohol dehydrogenase in the blood (which, by the way, has national characteristics), the type and form of these techniques may differ for different people, but the principle remains the same - "inoculation".
The essence of this principle is as follows. In order not to get drunk, on the eve of the event, four to five hours before the start (determined individually), you need to drink a small amount of alcohol.
